Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored and processed by Mailchimp. Mailchimp is based in the United States and complies with applicable data protection frameworks. Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)

GA4 collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate location). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google. See Google's privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share data with the third parties listed above (Mailchimp and Google) for the specific purposes described. We may also disclose data if required by law.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years, then deleted.
  • Mailchimp subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: GA4 data is retained for 14 months (Google default), then automatically deleted.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing).
